For in-store purchases, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

If you have private health insurance, we can claim directly on your behalf with eClaims, and you will only need to cover the gap. Make sure you have your private health insurance card with you. If you do not have your card, you will need to pay the total and claim back from them.

We currently do not offer any instalment payment services.

All of our optical glasses come standard with custom-cut lenses that include UV 400 treatment as standard. Additional coatings are an upgrade for $20-$30.

As an independent company, we’re able to deliver designer quality eyeglasses at an exceptional price because we cut out all the middlemen.

The vast majority of higher-end fashion brands do not design or manufacture their own eyewear. Instead, they sell the licensing rights to a couple of large companies that do all the work for them. After the production phase, and licensing fees have been paid, these companies then on-sell the branded glasses to optical shops at an exorbitant price.

Following this, optical shops multiply the cost several times before selling them to you.
