The store was quite busy, but she still took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for and helped me thoughtfully search for the right pair. Her approach felt very personalized, never pushy or generic, which made the whole experience so comfortable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Oscar Wylee this weekend. I went in for an eye exam and ende...d up receiving some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. The team member who helped me (I wish I remembered his name!) was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to really understand how I use my glasses day-to-day and explained my options in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I’ve always been prescribed progressive lenses, but he helped me realize that what I actually needed for the issues I was experiencing was a dedicated pair of computer glasses. His explanation made so much sense and immediately addressed the problems I’ve been having with screen work. He also helped me choose frames and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with genuinely great customer service. I left feeling confident that I was getting exactly what I needed. I tell everyone how much you helped me when I was having trouble with my eye! You were able to see ...me the same day, and when you realized it was a detached retina, you got tight on connecting me to the right doctor who could see me right away to fix it! I came back to you later to have a special test done, to see if I had enough peripheral vision to drive safely again, and you could have taken advantage and made me pay for a whole new eye exam, and you didn't! I had a really nice experience during my eye exam recently. The doctor was very helpful and informat...ive. She answered all my questions and was really patient. The other staff that day were also really nice and accommodating. I have bought glasses here before and they have lasted over 3 years so far and if I wasnt renewing my prescription, I dont doubt those glasses would last me more years of wear. See more
