I’ve been buying specs from this store since 2024. I got my 3rd and 4th pair in March this year. The... staffs are very friendly and professional. I just had a minor adjustment for one of my specs from Amanda, who’s very kind and attentive. The staff here are always knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. This was our first time (my daughte...r and I ) meeting Dr.Jabeen and she was so friendly, preofessional and made us feel very comfortable during our visit. She is knowledgeable,honest, and doesn’t make you feel like you have to do anything but makes very reasonable suggestions regarding eye care. I visited Oscar Wylee Optics at Chinook Mall and was very impressed with the service. The doctor was... extremely kind, took the time to clearly explain the reasons behind her recommendations, and kept the interaction both friendly and professional. The staff also made sure that both my insurance and my wife’s insurance covered most of the costs, which was a huge help. Their frames are stylish, lightweight, and fit my face shape perfectly—something I usually struggle to find. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend their services. Really grateful for this practice, I got in last minute for an eye exam as my new glasses from anoth...er practice weren't feeling right. Every single individual working in the front was amazing!! They were me browse for a long time, but never pressured me. But this store was completely different. Even though we’re only staying in Alberta, and I got my glasses at another place, they were more than happy to help.
