My experiences with this location is always great however I went in and needed some measurements taken. The male that was working had me waiting for 20 minutes then told me to come back another day, and he had a nasty attitude while assisting me. He must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed cuz the man was too rudee.

I had an excellent experience at Oshawa Center Oscar Wally. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit.He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he provided valuable guidance in selecting the perfect pair of glasses for me.He was patient and understanding, answering all my questions and offering professional advice and helping by e-fill up the insurance document.

I recently visited Oscar Wylee in the Oshawa centre for a collaboration on their frames, and I had to leave a review to talk about their amazing staff and service. Karan and Abideh were both extremely professional, accommodating and made sure my husband and I were taken care of and comfortable at all times. They helped educate us and provide us with vital information with choosing our pair of frames, which I appreciated immensely, as I’ve never done this before. We both had a great overall experience and would definitely recommend to our friends and families. And we are both extremely happy with our own Oscar Wylee frames!

I recently visited the Oshawa Oscar Wylee location and the staff was so helpful, especially this young lady named jules. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She recommended the perfect glasses for my face shape and recommended the blue light filter lens since I look at screens all day. she was also funny and had great energy. I will definitely be back for my next pair!

We had visited several eyeglass stores before OW and could not find the right frames for my husband’s lenses. The wonderful staff at OW at the Oshawa Center were so patient and helpful and after several tries they were able to fix our problem at a very reasonable cost. While waiting for my husband to try different frames, I noticed that OW had some very interesting and colourful ladies’ frames and I’ll definitely shop there when it’s time for me to get new glasses!👓😎💕

It was time to get new glasses for myself and the rest of the family and my first initial visit to Oscar Wylee was great. Before I went into OW I was scoping out prices of the frames and lenses. I went into two other places in the mall to inquire but OW stood out the most for their level of service. Shoutout to Chelsea who not only gave me the information I needed but told me about the promotion they were holding. I left the store happy because I was given the estimates I needed so I knew I would be back.Two weeks later I came back and again was given great service from the associates that worked there. They were patient with my two boys that required glasses and helped us choose frames that suited them. We also booked an appointment for my husband with their in house optometrist and we pretty much purchased glasses for the whole family.When I had to pick up my glasses the store was closing. The Associate Manager Jules was kind enough to let me in and assured the adjustment was accurate. Thank you Jules!We stopped by OW last week because my little one needed an adjustment. Jules and Karan the Store Manager was kind enough to help us out once again until the frames were perfectly adjusted to his face.We really appreciate the quality of the glasses, the level of customer service and professionalism that the team has. I highly recommend them for their great service and we will continue to purchase our glasses here in the future.Thank you again to the Oscar Wylee team at the Oshawa location and may you guys continue to give that level of service to everyone else. The best place to go for Glasses. The ladies were so so kind and honest. Even if they didnt like the pair they would suggest another. they have many glasses to choose from. I truly do recommend this optometrist!!! Best one ive been too!

First of all, I must say the optometrist Larry is amazing. He is thorough, friendly and makes sure you are in the correct position to ensure you get the best prescription.The store staff are also diligent and friendly. Once they were told what I wanted several frames matching my criteria, several frames were placed in front of me to try. I found the perfect for both my regular glasses and sunglasses from the frames placed in front of me. Cudos Oscar Wylee Oshawa Centre!

Great selection of glasses. Went in tonight with my fiancee to just browse. The store is very upscale looking and the employees are very personable. To me, the best part of the experience was that the employees did not pressure us, follow us or ask us a million questions. I really appreciate this from any eyewear store. Will be back to buy glasses when I have more time to browse. The lady was nice enough to write the name of one of the glasses on a piece of paper for me before I left. Thank you 🙂

The optometrist in Oscar Wylee was so knowledgable and he allocated more than one and half hour to examine my eye which I am so grateful for. The staff are so nice also.

I had a great experience! Dr. Ng was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a very thorough eye exam and provided good recommendations for my eye health. The staff was also very helpful with helping me find frames and the direct insurance billing was straightforward. There are many cute frames to choose from.

I loved the frame designs here.After searching a lot and trying many places which sells overpriced frames and lenses, I luckily landed here and there was an offer going on $199 for 2 frames.I bought 2 frames and lenses.With some add ons in lenses , I was able to get 2 frames+ lenses in $309.The officials at store are soft spoken and knowledgeable.The glasses come prepared from Australia so it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive after you finalize frames and lenses.
