Alberta:
All stores in Alberta are open at 33% capacity and walk-ins are welcome. Masks are required for eye exam patients and staff; and are required for customers when shopping as part of provincial laws.
B.C.
All stores in B.C. are open and walk-ins are welcome. Masks are required for eye exam patients and staff; and are recommended for customers when shopping.
Ontario:
All stores in Ontario are open to 50% capacity. This includes stores in shopping malls. Masks are required for all customers, eye exam patients, and staff.
Customers in Canada no longer need to book retail appointments; and all open stores are accepting walk-in visits.
We will continue to follow measures that ensure safety is top of mind for both customers and our teams.
We will continue to follow provincial government COVID-19 guidelines in all of our stores which include sanitization processes and mask-wearing, capacity restrictions and physical distancing where required.
